Delivery Information

UK orders are normally despatched using the Royal Mail First Class post.

Overseas orders are despatched by Royal Mail Airmail or DHL Global Mail, depending on destination, at our discretion.

In all cases the Company reserves the right to wait up to 28 days from despatch before considering replacement of  Goods deemed to be lost.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight, destination and shipping method. The Company reserves the right to levy additional delivery charges for any reason. Customers will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order if such additional charges are to be levied.

We endevour to recycle packaging materials to do our bit to protect the environment. Please do not be upset if we use recycled materials for your parcel.
